The plant
Our main plant covers 50,000 sq. ft. and is located in Montreal. It uses the most recent screen and digital printing techniques and its prepress department is structured to accept and process a large number of files.
Indeed, all documents received through dedicated FTP (file transfer protocol) lines are quickly taken in hand, through very powerful computers, using the latest graphics software; proofs are turned around quickly for approval.
At Mirabau, our equipment allows us to image films in-house. Our use of a direct projection system of screens enables us to stream an impressive production volume.
The NazDar International management standard underpins our treatment of Images and colours.
Finishing operations (cutting, die cutting, assembly, sewing, kit packaging) are performed at Mirabau,, which allows for maximum production control at all times.
We also take charge of transportation logistics and ship throughout North America.
